This article relates to the class, in that normally, the regular man or woman on the street has to conform or change his/her ways. However, in this unique experience, the people in charge will have to change. No longer will the hard line conservative male movement dominant and stifle the voice of the people. In contrast, the people with the voice are common folks who want freedom/change. Freedom in this case can be as straightforward as transparency by a Government.
Assimilation comes in many forms. It does not have to always be through immigration, it can also be through sheer determination, from people who know that the journey of life has a lot to offer to everyone, period.
